Starting Point

The Cache Lake trailhead is located in the Kananaskis Country area, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Calgary. From Calgary, take Highway 1 (Trans-Canada) west to the exit for Highway 40. Follow Highway 40 south for approximately 50 kilometers to the signed turnoff for the Nakiska Ski Area. Turn left onto the gravel road and follow it for approximately 10 kilometers to the trailhead parking lot.
