A great nature park near urban area, and quick access if you live on the south shore of Montreal. I spotted a few deers. Most people come here for hiking or trail runs. The hiking paths are easy. The trails are wide, even the "difficult" ones. You can think of it as a large urban park. Unlike Park Canada, the entrance fee is per person (not by vehicle). It costs 8.75$ per adult, but it's still worth the price to have a well maintained park. It is a safe park, but it is not recommended for women to venture alone.

I did trail running and loved it. It is easy for the beginners and technical for advanced runners. The choice is the runner's. Highly recommended 👌

Hiked the Sentier des lacs path. 8.8km. It is closer to 10km. Beautiful scenery and a good challenge for a beginner hiker. Good ups and downs but the views are worth it. (Went during Autumn.)

Beautiful park with family friendly walking trails around lakes. There are very tall trees which give nice shade but also hide most of sunlight unfortunately. Nice private mansions inside the park along the trails. Dogs are allowed in the park.
