The Four Falls trailhead is located on the east side of the Saint John River, opposite from the city of Fredericton. To get there, take the Trans-Canada Highway to Exit 595 and follow the signs for Route 105 (the Saint John River Parkway). The parkway will take you all the way to the trailhead.
