There is a large parking lot with plenty of room for hikers and their gear. The trail starts out by crossing a small stream and then begins to climb up the side of the mountain. The views from the trail are amazing, and you can see all the way to the Presidential Range. The trail is well-marked and easy to follow. It winds its way through the forest and eventually leads to the summit of Mount Boulder. From there, you can either continue on to Mount Eisenhower or head back down the way you came. This is a great hike for anyone looking for a challenging but rewarding experience.
