The Mount McGuire is a mountain located in Alberta, Canada. At an elevation of 2,362 meters (7,746 feet), it is the ninth-highest peak in the province. The mountain is part of the Sawback Range and is flanked by Mount Rundle to the east and Mount Chester to the west. The mountain was named in honor of John McGuire, who was killed in an avalanche on the mountain in 1898.

The mountain can be accessed from several different trails, most of which are located near the town of Banff. The most popular route to the summit is via the North Face Trail, which begins at the Sunshine Village ski resort. The trail climbs steadily for over 4,000 meters (13,000 feet) before reaching the summit. Other routes include the South Ridge Trail and the East Ridge Trail.

The summit of the Mount McGuire offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The mountain is also home to a variety of wildlife, including black bears, grizzly bears, elk, deer, and mountain goats.
