Why choose a trail at Sentier De L'orignac?

This trail is distinguished by its wildness. By browsing, you will sail a variety of ecosystems, from the sugar bush tundra. The Moose-Western trail begins at the intersection of trails Crossing Charlevoix and the junction of Mont Grand Fonds. It extends east to McLeod Lake, where the trail begins The Moose Centre. Always eastward, he walks in a plantation jack pine and climbs up his first points of view, including a particularly striking at km 4. We can see Mount Grand Fund, the Black River Valley and the Palisades. Further, we will cross the Little Black Lake. On top of the mountain of Coppice is a mossy open cladina. From here we can admire the St. Lawrence River and the geological fault valley The Palisades. This path portion through the Arthur-Savard camp and leads to the municipality of Saint-SimΓ©on.
