Hiking offers many amazing benefits. But I must say there are five (5) amazing benefits of hiking that you cannot overlook. These five main amazing benefits of hiking are:

1. Soothing Sensation

The best place to go hiking is outdoors or in the open air. You could just walk in a shopping mall during bad weather. But outdoor hiking offers many amazing benefits. Imagine the fresh breeze and soothing sensation on your face when you go hiking early in the morning. Think about the gentle mist that bathes you and your equipment as you head down the trail. The birdsong, butterflies, and light breeze are no exception. You can't enjoy all of that in the shopping mall.

2. Exercise, exercise, exercise, exercise

Hiking is a fantastic form of exercise. Everyone needs exercise to keep their body fit and healthy. But most people stay inside the house, listening to music and television or looking out the window. But that's boring! And it seems like it will never end. I could go hiking at the same time, two miles, take my time doing it and enjoy the outdoors. Even when I'm hiking, I can have a pleasant conversation with my family members at the same time. There are many things you can encounter while hiking. For example, there are beautiful landmarks and beautiful waterfalls where you can stop for lunch or have fun along the way during the hike.

3. Affordability

You don't need a lot of specialized or very expensive and sophisticated equipment to go hiking. With little equipment or gear, you're ready to go. All you need are good sturdy shoes, appropriate clothing, and plenty of water... You'll also need to wear sunscreen if you're hiking in hot weather or in the desert. If you plan to stay outside for a long time, you may need to bring a backpack with food like sandwiches, water, snacks, and protein bars. There's an excellent opportunity to stop for a moment and enjoy your meal. Hiking is a memorable time and once you start enjoying it, you might want to get specialized hiking equipment and gear. But people do it as a hobby and for fun at first.

4. A Great Sense of Nature

One of the fantastic benefits of hiking is the opportunity to take lots of photos. You have the opportunity to take snapshots of nature while hiking. You have the chance to take photos of wildlife that you simply can't see in the city. Stopping to take photos gives you the opportunity to take a break and bring memories home.

5.  Stress Reduction and Relaxation

A good way to relax and reduce stress is to go hiking. Hiking offers an excellent opportunity to reduce stress and provides total relaxation. After a hard day at work, you need something to unwind, relax and reduce your stress, when you go hiking; your body automatically relaxes and releases all forms of stress. Observing and feeling nature while hiking helps relieve stress and helps the body or mind relax properly. Although hiking can be exhausting, if you try it, you'll discover that it's relaxing, stress-relieving and entertaining.  When you're away from your workplace and in the arms of Mother Nature, you have a free mind, a relaxed body and soul to return to work.

If you could go hiking every day with the goal of exercising your body, relaxing, entertaining yourself and enjoying the incredible benefits it provides. It's a good thing to do. Unfortunately, time won't allow it for most people, but the scenery is breathtaking and the experience unforgettable.
