Mundy park is a great place to go! It has tons of well-maintained trails winding through beautiful mature forest with really nice old-growth trees. The paths are super comfortable to walk on - as someone with many bad joints I found the mostly flat terrain with gentle 40m elevation changes perfect for my needs. It's so cool and refreshing on hot days due to the excellent natural canopy providing shade throughout the trail system.

I was in the neighbourhood with my son and wanted to take him for a stroller walk. We visited this park and took a very nice stroll around the lake area. The gravel path in some areas were quite bumpy for a stroller but overall it was pretty stroller friendly with mostly flat terrain. There's a nice amount of shaded trails through the forest canopy and the small lake in the middle was very pretty. I would definitely come back here again and go down some of the other trails we missed. Looks like a fun park for frisbee golf and field sports too.
