Fall colors were absolutely gorgeous reflecting in the calm water. Took the nature trail through the wooded areas and discovered some lovely quiet spots for meditation. Less crowded in September which made the experience more intimate with nature. Definitely planning return visits in different seasons.

Really high quality spot! There are tons of nice benches under huge shady trees, nice sand with only a mild amount of rockiness, and the water is clear and cool, especially refreshing in early August. Clean public washrooms and boat/watercraft rentals including water toys make this perfect for families. We spent a few hours here and it was perfect! Note: the public water is not considered potable, so bring your own beverages.

Arrived early morning to beat the crowds and caught some stunning sunrise reflections on the lake. The walking paths are well-maintained and accessible for all fitness levels. However, parking fees can add up for frequent visitors. Best to come with a full day planned to justify the cost.

Beautiful beach for the entire family located in the stunning Thompson Okanagan region. The grounds have lots of grassy shady areas and ample amounts of picnic tables throughout. The beach is all sand and very well maintained with clear lake waters. The public bathrooms were very clean and the staff on-site was very polite. Boat rentals are reasonable and the staff there was very friendly too - a great place to spend an entire day in the sun.

A really nice park/beach with a huge parking area. It gets really busy in the summer so parking isn't always easy but the lot is huge. There's picnic tables along the edge of the beach and on the grass, small fire pits are installed on the beach for non-summer use and there's a concession stand. The water is nice and the sand is soft, making it a perfect place to take the kids for a full day of family fun.
