Well-organized starting point with necessary amenities before tackling the challenging Blanc-Martel route. The elevation gain of 600m requires good preparation and proper equipment. Note that dogs aren't permitted on this trail, which is important for wildlife protection. The paid access helps maintain the exceptional trail infrastructure and safety measures.

Perfect launching point for one of France's most spectacular hiking experiences. The organized departure system ensures safety and manages crowd flow effectively. The 600m elevation profile is well-marked and the trail conditions are regularly maintained. Worth every euro for access to this incredible natural wonder in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

This starting point for the famous Blanc-Martel trail offers excellent facilities and clear signage. The 600m elevation change provides a good challenge, though the paid access and parking fees add to the cost. Staff were helpful with route information and safety briefings before the descent into the Verdon Gorge.
