Solid choice for a weekend backpacking trip in the Adirondacks. The 457m elevation provides nice variety in terrain over the 2-3 day recommended duration. Had to leave my dog at home since they're not permitted, but the peaceful wilderness made up for it. Parking fees apply but the trail access is well-maintained.
