Trail description

The main route runs approximately 5.5 km with around 100 m of elevation gain, making it a comfortable outing for most fitness levels. At an easy difficulty rating, you're looking at roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes of moving time, though most people linger longer once they settle into the rhythm of the creek and the forest. The terrain shifts naturally as you move through the park — flat, shaded creek-side stretches give way to gentle climbs into the forested hillsides before dropping back down toward the water. Nothing here will test your legs, but the variety keeps the walk interesting from start to finish.

Brought my elderly parents here and they managed the easier sections without difficulty. The boardwalk areas are particularly well-designed for accessibility, and strategically placed benches provide excellent rest stops throughout the hike. The riparian habitat is beautiful with educational signage, and the peaceful creek sounds create a serene atmosphere perfect for a leisurely walk.
