Hiking in L'Imbut: trails, map and practical info

Superb hike that is worth the detour with quite difficult passages, especially the ascent by the Vidal route. The L'Imbut trail in Var offers breathtaking views but demands good physical condition due to the 300m elevation gain and technical sections. Some scrambling required over rocky terrain. Not suitable for those with vertigo. Proper hiking boots and sufficient water are mandatory for this challenging but rewarding adventure.

Very nice hike through the stunning L'Imbut gorge in Var. To do it, however, you must not feel dizzy as there are exposed sections with significant drops. The 300m elevation gain can be challenging. Bring plenty of water and good hiking shoes with grip - essential for the rocky terrain. Despite the difficulty, it creates a wonderful memory of this spectacular natural canyon.
