Perfect beginner trail with a rewarding destination. The 1.6 km distance flies by quickly on the well-groomed path. Thundering Brook Falls is definitely worth the short effort required to reach it. Just remember this isn't a free activity, so budget accordingly for your visit.

Nice easy walk but be prepared for the fees as both parking and trail access require payment. The waterfall is pretty but not spectacular compared to other falls in Vermont. The trail itself is straightforward with minimal elevation gain, making it accessible for beginners.

Absolutely loved this quick hike to the falls! The trail conditions were excellent even in late fall. It took us about 30 minutes as expected, and the waterfall was stunning with autumn colors surrounding it. Great option when you want something beautiful but don't have much time to spare.

Great introduction to hiking in the Green Mountains area. The trail is easy to follow and the gentle 61-meter climb doesn't feel strenuous at all. The waterfall provides a nice photo opportunity and peaceful spot to rest before heading back down the same route.

This short trail is perfect for families looking for an easy waterfall hike. The path is well-maintained and clearly marked throughout the 1.6 km route. The waterfall at the end is quite impressive, especially after recent rainfall. The 61-meter elevation gain is very manageable for most fitness levels.
