Hiking in Refuge du Lac d'Oô: trails, map and practical info

Absolutely magnificent location in the Hautes-Pyrénées! The refuge provides excellent shelter after the steep climb. While dogs aren't allowed and there are access fees, the experience is worth every euro. The dramatic alpine scenery around Lac d'Oô is simply breathtaking, especially early morning when mist rises from the water.
