Very beautiful ochre trail experience. Short walk taking 30-60 minutes depending on which circuit you choose, costing 3€ per person for access. Close to parking lot though parking isn't free. Short walk to Roussillon city centre afterward, with a lot of restaurants offering local Provençal cuisine. Most of them with excellent view of the surrounding Luberon landscape.

Wonderful walk through an ochre quarry with stunning mineral formations. You can choose between a shorter or longer path depending on your time and energy. Both routes are quite easy with gentle slopes and well-maintained paths. The colorful landscape created by centuries of ochre extraction is truly spectacular and offers great photo opportunities throughout the journey.

A must visit place in the Vaucluse region. The walk is quite short but the vibrant colours of the landscape are totally worth the entry fee. The ochre formations create an almost otherworldly atmosphere with their intense reds and yellows. It's a plus if you visit Roussillon village as well given it's such a beautiful town with similar ochre architecture just minutes away.

A lot of the trail is like a standard jungle path and the nice ochre sections are too crowded with tourists. The unique geological formations are impressive but overcrowded during peak times. Some sort of crowd control or timed entry to justify paying the entrance fee would be nice. Otherwise, given the short distance and basic facilities, it should be free access.

Astonishing views along the ochre cliffs of Le Sentier des Ocres. The trail is simple with minimal 30m elevation gain, making it accessible for most visitors. You get to see plenty of beautiful nature showcasing the vibrant red and orange hues of the former quarry. Unfortunately, it can be a little bit crowded, especially during peak season. Nevertheless, I highly recommend to visit this place for its unique geological formations!
