Decent mountain lake but comes with several restrictions. The 300m climb is manageable for most fitness levels, though the paid parking and entry fees add up quickly. Beautiful Haute-Loire landscape, but the no-pets policy was disappointing for our family trip. Worth visiting if you don't mind the additional costs and limitations.
