Nice waterfall but disappointed by the fees for both parking and entrance. The 300m elevation provides good exercise, and the cascade itself is impressive. However, the restricted access policies including no dogs and paid entry might deter some visitors. Best visited during spring for maximum water flow.

Cascade de Runes is absolutely breathtaking! The 300-meter climb is steep but manageable for most hikers. Unfortunately, dogs aren't allowed, so plan accordingly. The paid access ensures the site remains pristine and less crowded. Perfect for photography enthusiasts seeking dramatic waterfall shots in the heart of Lozère.

Beautiful waterfall hike in Lozère with a challenging 300m elevation gain. The trail offers stunning views of the cascade, though be prepared for the entry fee and paid parking. Worth the cost for the spectacular natural scenery and well-maintained path through the rugged landscape.
