Absolutely stunning waterfalls! Yes, there are entrance and parking fees, but the Cascades d'Arifat are definitely worth it. The moderate 150m ascent through the Tarn countryside leads to multiple beautiful cascade levels. Perfect for a half-day excursion. Bring good walking shoes as some sections can be slippery near the water. The sound of rushing water and lush vegetation create a magical atmosphere.

Pleasant waterfall hike though be aware of the access fees and paid parking. The 150m climb is moderate but the path can be rocky in places. Dogs aren't allowed which was disappointing for us. The cascades are beautiful but can be crowded during peak times. Better to visit early morning or late afternoon for a more peaceful experience and better lighting for photos.

The Cascades d'Arifat offer a rewarding short hike in the Tarn region. Despite the modest 150m elevation gain, the waterfalls are quite spectacular, especially after rainfall. The trail can be steep in sections but manageable for most hikers. Note that parking and access require fees, so come prepared. The cascades themselves are worth the effort - multiple tiers create beautiful photo opportunities.
